About Erin

Erin Kristbaum, originally from Wisconsin, moved with her family from Florida to the Dayton area in 2012 when the U.S. Air Force brought her active duty husband to WPAFB. Loving Dayton and everything the area has to offer, Erin hoped she could make Dayton their permanent home. Unsure of where the military may take her family, for the first few years Erin and her husband flipped houses for additional income. But as soon as they found out the military would keep them at WPAFB, Erin eagerly launched her real estate career.

Ready to dive in, Erin says it was an easy decision to join The Gene Group - Dayton’s most innovative Real Estate Firm. She began working in an administrative role; giving her the opportunity to learn what goes on “behind the scenes” and strengthen her technology skills.

Erin eventually transitioned to become a full-time agent and during her first year became the firm’s #1 agent!

Having a deep understanding of the personal challenges that come with buying, selling and building (not to mention moving!) has helped Erin really connect with her clients. Erin is passionate about getting their property sold quickly and for top dollar. The same goes for getting them the house they want to buy or build in an extremely competitive market. Erin’s passion and expertise gives her clients the edge they need to win. They describe her as “honest, fast to respond, and professional.”

When Erin is not helping others buy and sell homes, she is likely taking her sons, Joey and Freddy, to baseball or soccer practice. Her hobbies include playing ice hockey for the Dayton Fangs, waterskiing, and hanging out with her French bulldog, Bruce, at her newly constructed home in Centerville.

If you have ANY questions about buying, building or selling a home, Erin is always available to help you. Reach out to her today and know that you are in good hands.
